The nude model (well, okay, you) takes a virtual back seat to the wildflowers in the foreground, which is both an interesting compositional approach and a means of injecting a story. Had you been the primary focus, we'd have been presented with a less intriguing (although still enjoyable) image of a lovely naked girl in a meadow; now, we are given things to wonder:
Why is she there, and what is she thinking? From whose vantage point, with the low camera angle, is she being watched?
The best photographs are those which engage deeper interactions than just the initial response to what our eyes perceive. This is one of those photographs. Even when looking away, part of me is still wondering things.
What I like most about this picture is the honesty and the innocence of it. It's the third one you uploaded in a new series, and like the sun rises, this beautiful flower rises up to the sun, too. It's your nature to do so, and Maybe is a natural evolution of your art as much as an evolution of yourself. It' really more a self-portrait than an "artistic nude" (whatever that category means), and it's a picture that's not meant to tease. Maybe you really played hide and seek with us, and what we find...no, what I find is a beautiful young woman breaking some boundaries and becoming more and more herself. I think this is a testimony of courage and confidence, and you're just adorable.
